Laptops and Chargers: BYOL - Bring your own Laptops (and chargers)! Rentable technology devices will not be available.

Team Formation and DevPost: Don’t have a team yet and looking for team members? Log on to DevPost and introduce yourself in the Discussion forum! Discuss your skills and interests to find members and form teams. Once you form teams, make sure to enter your team information in the Google Form here. Teams should be restricted to a maximum of 5 members, though we recommend 2-4 members per team.

Project Submission and Presentation: DevPost will be used for project submissions, so be sure to register and create an account. Once projects are submitted, teams will present their projects for the judges. For the presentation, a projector will be available, so live demos, mock-ups, and videos are welcome.

Slack: Slack is a great way to know all about the hackathon and get your questions answered.  Join our Slack Channels here. All notifications, announcements and updates will be posted on the respective Slack channels. You can relay questions and concerns through Slack also.

Food:  Food will be provided as per the schedule. We will also have Vegetarian options available. Water and other refreshments will be available throughout. Participants are welcome to bring their own food as well.

Travel and Parking: CIC is a 5 minute walk from the State Street and Downtown Crossing MBTA stations. There are several parking garages near CIC as well, but parking is limited.

*The 2018 Construction Shutdown for the Commonwealth Avenue Bridge Replacement Project is beginning Thursday, July 26, at 7:00 PM and will continue through 5:00 AM on Saturday, August 11 which means that there will be heavier traffic than usual*
